I watch the ripples change their size
But never leave the stream
Of warm impermanence
And so the days float through my eyes
But still the days seem the same
And these children that you spit on
As they try to change their worlds
Are immune to your consultations
They're quite aware of what they're goin' through

Honors and benefits already at the age of nine!

Took the test. Didn't stink as bad as I thought I would. In fact, the only two things that were close were the tutorial and survey (which almost timed out). I don't know my final grade, but the preliminary result is "passed." To in 1 to 3 weeks I'll get the final letter. And if it holds true I'll be Stephen Buchheit, CPhT.

Very nice! Congrats.

Why did I think you were aiming for something entirely different, though?

This is a resume builder and key to other jobs (not necessarily Pharmacy Tech jobs). I'm still going back to school for Plan A: Radiologic Tech or Plan B: Nursing. The CPhT looks good for both AND gives me a new option for employment if things try to go pear shaped.

And here I'll say again, that I love design and wish I could keep doing it until I fall over, but I'm 46 and working in an industry that think 34 is an "old man". There's more complexity in there, but that's it in a nutshell. Had the "old designer" job before this one, and I don't see another opportunity like that on the horizon.
