Most times, the ghost you think is supposed to be haunting a space isn't the ghost that is there. But it's willing to let you think it is. Ghosts are often lonely that way.
Rick, sorry. It just came to me a little while ago (while having Ghost Hunters on in the background and ripping apart their "scientific process" - they go in with a lot of assumptions).
As a paranormal investigator of many years, I only wish I'd listened to you earlier.
