And in this year's CYA Award, first nominee: Gov. Scott Walker. It's so strange that just before the Wisconsin DMV had to report to a judge how they've implemented his orders on issuing voter IDs, of which all independent reports said was going abysmally, the Wisconsin State Police release a report of, yes, the DMV is fucking up. And Scotty says, "We'll figure out if this is a training issue or people not following the rules" (paraphrased) while he washes his hands.
