And that's the way it was, July eighteenth, two thousand and nine.

Walter Cronkite (1916-2009) has left the newsroom.

He was the gateway drug to the news for me. In my library I only own four biographies, his is one.

Freedom in Exile, His Holiness the Dalai Lama
On Writing by Stephen King (which is more autobiography than writer's manual))

I also have books on various historical Buddhas, but those are more religious tracts.
